Stephen P. Quin, P.Geo., President, CEO & Director
Stephen Quin joined the management of Sherwood Copper in September 2005 after five years as an independent director. During 2005, he co-lead the due diligence, acquisition and financing of the Minto Project for Sherwood Copper. Since joining Sherwood, Mr. Quin has led the exploration, feasibility, permitting, financing and development activities at the Minto Project. He was previously an Executive Vice President of Miramar Mining Corporation, a TSX listed gold producer and explorer focused on gold in the Canadian North. Mr. Quin is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines, London, with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Mining Geology and has 30 years experience in exploration, corporate development and general corporate affairs. He was the Miramar executive responsible for the acquisition and exploration of the Hope Bay Project. Mr. Quin was also Executive Vice President of Northern Orion Exploration, where he was the executive responsible for the acquisition and exploration of the giant Agua Rica project in Argentina. Mr. Quin is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, a Fellow of the Geologic Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and the Society of the Institution of Mining and Metallurgy (UK). Mr. Quin is a member of the board of directors of Mercator Minerals Ltd., Troon Ventures, Rare Element Resources Ltd., Maximus Ventures and Kimber Resources.

 
D. Bruce McLeod, Executive Chairman
Bruce McLeod is a Mining Engineer with over 22 years experience in all areas of the exploration and mining industry. Mr McLeod is presently the President & CEO of Tenajon Resources Corp., Executive Chairman & Director of Sherwood Copper Corp., and Vice-President of International Northair Mines Ltd. Mr. McLeod was a founder of Stornoway Diamond Corporation and sits as an independent board member of Full Metal Minerals Ltd., and Reunion Gold Corp. Mr. McLeod primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning and financing activities. His professional associations include: Member of the TSX Venture Exchange's Local and National Advisory Boards; President and Director of the Canadian Listed Company Association; membership in the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia, and the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C. and the Yukon.

 
Kevin Weston, Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Weston joined Sherwood Copper in January 2008 and is responsible for all operational activities of the Company. Kevin's career encompasses 25 years of operating experience, and, prior to joining Sherwood, he was Vice President & General Manager with Breakwater Resources, responsible for the Myra Falls base metal mine in British Columbia. Prior to that, Kevin's experience includes periods leading a contract mining company, as a mining consultant and, most importantly, extensive experience in mining operations, including managing gold and base metal mines in Canada and abroad, in open pit and underground settings. These leadership positions built on prior experience as mill superintendent, mine superintendent, mine foreman, blasting engineer and mining engineer at a number of mining operations with senior and junior mining companies.

 
Richard Godfrey, Chief Financial Officer
Richard Godfrey brings a wealth of experience to Sherwood Copper, having worked his way from mine site controller at the Faro and Sa Dena Hes zinc mines in the Yukon, to corporate controller with Royal Oak Mines, followed by a position as financial adviser to Ma'aden, the Saudi Arabian State Mining Company. In June 2003, he became VP Finance and CFO of Breakwater Resources, a multi-mine base metal producer and, subsequent to this, was appointed VP Finance for EuroZinc Mining, prior to the merger with Lundin Mining Corporation.

 
Brad Mercer, Vice President Exploration
Brad Mercer currently leads the Sherwood Copper Corp. exploration team credited with discovering the Area 2 and Area 118 high grade, copper-gold deposits at Sherwood's Minto project. For the past 24 years, Mr. Mercer has managed mineral exploration programs, conducted project evaluations and participated in feasibility work for both large and small mineral exploration companies, including U.S. Borax and Chemical Corp., A.C.A. Howe Inc., Royal Oak Mines Ltd. and Miramar Mining Corporation. His work has been focused in the Americas taking him from Greenland to Patagonia where he has enjoyed particular success leading teams that have opened up new exploration potential and made new discoveries on properties that were previously considered well explored. In addition to successes at the Minto Project in the Yukon, Mr. Mercer is credited with the discovery of the Moly Brook molybdenum deposit and the Unknown Brook gold deposit, both located in Newfoundland. Brad graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1984 with a Bachelor of Earth Science and he is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories.

 
Colin K. Benner, Director
Colin K. Benner is a professional mining engineer with over 40 years of experience in mining engineering and management in the Canadian and International mining industry. Currently he is Vice Chairman and CEO of Skye Resources Inc. and Chairman of PBS Coals, Inc. a private coal mining company in Pennsylvania. Mr. Benner has held several senior positions in the precious metal, uranium and potash business, as well as the base metal sector. Some of these positions include Vice Chairman and CEO of Lundin Mining Corporation, Vice Chairman and CEO of EuroZinc Mining Corporation, and President & CEO of Breakwater Resources Ltd. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Major Drilling Group International Inc., Lara Exploration Ltd., PBS Coals, Inc., Sherwood Copper Corp., Tahera Diamond Corporation, Lundin Mining Corporation, Skye Resources Inc., Gold Hawk Resources Inc. and Aurelian Resources Inc. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Canadian Society of Professional Engineers, the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, the Association of Professional Engineers and Geo-scientists of Nunavut, the Society of Mining Engineers of the AIME, and the Canadian Institute of Mining. He is also a qualified Independent Corporate Director.

 
Larry Bell, Director
Mr. Lawrence Bell has had an extensive career in public and private positions. From 1987 to 1991, and from August 2001 to November 2003, Mr. Bell was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BC Hydro, one of the largest electric utilities in Canada. Subsequent to this, he held the position of non-executive Chairman of BC Hydro until 2007. Mr. Bell is a director of GrowthWorks Capital, International Forest Products, Goldcorp, Shato Holdings and Silver Wheaton. Prior to these positions, Mr. Bell was Chairman and President of the Westar Group and Chief Executive Officer of Vancouver City Savings Credit Union. In British Columbia's public sector, Mr. Bell serves as Chair of the Canada Line Rapid Transit Project and has served as Deputy Minister of Finance and Secretary to the Treasury Board, as well a Chair of the University of British Columbia's Board of Governors. Mr. Bell is the recipient of numerous honours and awards.

 
James A. Crombie, Director
Mr. Crombie is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corp. and Reunion Gold Corp. He graduated from the Royal School of Mines, London, in 1980 with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mining Engineering, having been awarded an Anglo American Scholarship. Mr. Crombie held various positions with DeBeers Consolidated Mines and the Anglo American Corporation in South Africa and Angola between 1980 and 1986. He spent the next thirteen years as a Mining Analyst and Investment Banker with Shepards, Merrill Lynch, James Capel & Co. and finally with Yorkton Securities. He joined Hope Bay Gold Corporation Inc. in February 1999, and has been closely associated with the acquisition, exploration and development of the Hope Bay Project. Subsequent to the acquisition of Hope Bay Gold Corp. by Miramar Mining, Mr. Crombie co-founded Arianne Resources, which was subsequently acquired by Cambior.

 
Roy H. Hudson, LL.B., Director
Mr. Hudson has practiced law in the area of securities, corporate finance and venture capital matters since 1986. Mr. Hudson has acted for a broad range of domestic and foreign issuers, investment banks and securities dealers, with a particular emphasis in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross border transactions.

 
Dr. John Gammon, Director
Dr. John Gammon holds a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Geology from the University of Leicester, UK, and a Ph.D. in geology from Durham University, UK. After graduating, John conducted postgraduate research at the Universities of California and Princeton as the Fulbright scholar. John made the switch to industry, joining first New Jersey Zinc and then Falconbridge, where he conducted and later managed exploration activities across Canada and overseas, ultimately as exploration manager for SE Asia and then Western North America. After a two-year stint as a consultant, John was appointed Director, Mineral Development and Lands Branch for the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines in Toronto, Ontario and then promoted to Assistant Deputy Minister, Mines and Minerals Division for the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines, based in Sudbury, Ontario until his retirement in 2005. In appreciation for services to mining and northern Ontario, John was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws from Laurentian University last year.
